NexPos is a point-of-sale and inventory service operated by INS Techure ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we handle and why.
Information from this website
When you send an inquiry, start a free trial or subscribe, we collect the details you type in: your name, business name, email address, phone number and the web address you choose. We use them only to respond to you, set up and run your account, issue invoices and provide support.
Your business data
The products, sales, customers and other records you enter into NexPos belong to you. Each business is stored in its own separate database. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising. We access it only when needed to run, secure or support the service, or when the law requires.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its own secure page. We do not see or store your card number. We keep a record of the order, amount and payment reference for accounting.
Security
All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Login details shown after sign-up are displayed once and then removed from our system.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account information while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to export or delete your business data by contacting us.
